The following is the letter that a boy was sent to Cagliari Giorgio Napolitano after what happened to September 9, 2008. My best wishes to those who had to deal with the idiots of the nth DIGOS . "Mr President.
I'm a guy who did a Cagliari EXPERIMENT: WHAT IS 'AN ITALIAN NATIONAL FREE.
As you know, this Sunday (7 September '08) my city hosted Pope . Among other things, this was also the Chairman of the Board.
The appointment was for 10:30 am in front of the church of Bonaria: practically the whole town was barricaded. I left the house at 10:10 to go the scene (on foot and alone).
I deliberately put the shirt of a historic American band, the " Bad Religion" on it is portrayed the symbol of prohibition on the cross. I held a bottle of water and a sheet written on Article 7 of the constitution. The intention was to hang, but arrived at, as I was completely alone (even when surrounded by so many people) and that there could be approached, I abandoned the idea since it was not feasible.
I had no problems reaching the "gap 1" (on the side of the church, and far behind the stage) but without a special pass "could not be neanche attraversare la strada dove si trovava la piazza della chiesa.
Then they asked what I was doing there and replying that I was there to hear Mass said it was a lack of respect towards those who were there that I had that shirt, I appealed to freedom of thought and expression and explained that I would have bothered anyone and that I was not doing anything illegal, they told me to stay there and I did without question.
Soon after began the Mass, the first words of the Pontiff of Digos agents told me that I had to go, I turned and saw the police car with the door open a few yards behind me, I asked why and they said they had to do the controls.
I was a bit 'surprised but always calm and respectful.
Arrived in the barracks, I did practically the same questions and were surprised that my mother knew I was there. After that they made me strip and searched me again, I did sit down and told me that what I had done was serious, I asked him what if I did not in my town with a T-shirt policy, and that I was totally free to do so . Meanwhile, the phone rang but I did not respond after a second call and he said it was my mom made me answer and told him where I was, I was well and that, as said by the police, after an hour I'd be gone . Time passes and came news of Digos that I should stay in the barracks until the pope had gone from Cagliari. I was
shocked, I continued to speak with the agents and it turned out that actually the Criminal Code was not any crime, and anyway what I was doing I could not do. I want to say that the police were very kind and hospitable and they did not commit abuse, and were made to compliment my mother when she came to see me because I was polite and well behaved.
After eight hours of my experiment, I left satisfied and eager to write even though I was seized T-shirt and the sheet (T-shirt that has at least 20 years, is one of the first of that group and has considerable sentimental value for me ' has donated a dear friend whose brother had to do).
The next day at 9:00 am I went to the science for me to do the photo and fingerprinting me because otherwise I was liable to charge (that are now on file, and then I lost a day's work).
All this was just to show that constitutional rights are now no longer respected thwarted by statutes, and ignorance.
I want to ask again to make Italy a secular state and our beloved Constitution to make its power and prestige because you can 'do it and I did not.
This is just an episode because every day you hear of Christian doctors who do not give the pill "morning after" or attacked homosexuals or religion compulsory in schools or praise fascism or continuous attacks on freedom of speech (last Guzzanti).
Thank you so much for listening, really appreciate it. I do not think there is a chance that you answer but I just confirm that she has read. Sincerely
Signed: an Italian citizen. "
