flan Cardi



A flan easy to make and very tasty

Ingredients;

600 gr thistles

4 eggs

70 g butter

80 grams of grated parmesan

50 grams of flour

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 / 2 liter of vegetable broth

1 / 2 cups milk

salt and pepper to taste

salatela e profumatela con la noce moscata.Una volta pronta,

incorporate le uova , uno ad uno mescolando molto bene dopo

ogni aggiunta affinchè non si rapprendano;poi unite il Parmesan
