A flan easy to make and very tasty
Ingredients;
600 gr thistles
4 eggs
70 g butter
80 grams of grated parmesan
50 grams of flour
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 / 2 liter of vegetable broth
1 / 2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste

put them in a saucepan with 10 g of butter, olive oil, 1 tablespoon
flour and brodo.Insaporite con un pizzico di sale e pepe,cuoceteli
a fuoco medio per 1 ora e 15 minuti,alla fine dovranno risultare
teneri e asciutti.
Preparate la besciamella con 50gr di burro,50 gr di farina e il latte;
salatela e profumatela con la noce moscata.Una volta pronta,
incorporate le uova , uno ad uno mescolando molto bene dopo
ogni aggiunta affinchè non si rapprendano;poi unite il Parmesan
