An easy tasty recipe, a good second
or a single dish.
Ingredients:
800 grams of salted cod
1 kg potatoes 400 g ripe plum tomatoes
extra virgin olive
50 grams of bread crumbs
two cloves of garlic, onion
oregano and rosemary sprigs
salt and pepper
Soak the cod three days before changing the water often.
Peel potatoes and slice thin with a mandolin. Take a pan, grease it and pass it
with a bit of bread crumbs;
lay out a layer of potatoes, salt and pepper and add the spices and oil goccino.
Cut the cod into large pieces, leaving the skin that come off very well
when it is cooked, season again with salt (careful, it can be salted codfish).
Pour the chopped garlic and onion evenly on the fish, still
a state of potatoes, tomatoes, cut into four parts, salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary
. Pour the olive oil over the potatoes and add
a sprinkling of breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and put in the oven
at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove paper and allow to dry up
that everything is well cooked and colored ... Serve hot.
