Husband Loves To Suck On Nipples

chicory and anchovy salad


It 's a simple salad but it is tasty and succulent and you can prepare in advance.

Ingredients:

500 grams of chicory

4 salted anchovies

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 clove garlic

salt pepper

Clean puntarelle removing the green outer leaves and the bases hard and pull out the seeds and cut into thin strips. Soak with very cold water and ice and let them curl for more than an hour. Meanwhile, rinse the anchovies to remove all the salt, dry fillet in a bowl and mash together with garlic, peeled fillets obtained.

Complete with oil, vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper, emulsifying everything with a spoon.

Finally drain the chicory, and put them in a bowl dress with the sauce.

You can serve immediately or cook for a while.
